Constellation is the enduring series of the Omega family. As one of Basel’s new products, this constellation has been innovative in material and movement technology. Let us feel its charm together.

Today we present a new version of Basel: Constellation Sedna watch. The official model is: 123.53.38.21.02.001.

The design of the Omega Constellation series models is dynamic and modern, and has long been an important part of the brand’s tradition. The Constellation Manhattan watch is known for its unique ‘griffes’ and was first introduced more than thirty years ago. These men’s watches present a classic design for a new generation.

Sedna Gold is a new alloy named by Omega. It is made of three metal elements: gold, copper and palladium. This is an 18K rose gold with a minimum gold content of 75%. The unique rose-red color of Sedna Gold benefits in part from the proper proportion of copper. Palladium assures the lasting and lasting color of the reddish gold of Sedna. The new alloy is named after the Neptune celestial body known to astronomers as Sedna, and the asteroid Sedna is considered to be one of the reddest objects in the solar system.

Omega has formed a team of top metallurgists and scientists from multiple companies dedicated to creating beautiful and durable 18K rose gold alloys. Sedna Gold is their successful masterpiece. It is completely developed by the Swatch Group and has been patented. The Omega Constellation Sedna is the first watch made of 18K Sedna gold. This limited edition watch combines the timeless beauty of a legendary watch series with the first innovative materials. The patented alloy 18K Sedna gold, fused with gold, copper and palladium, ensures that the case’s unique rose gold finish is timeless. The hour markers, hands and buckle are also made of 18K Sedna gold.

The polished case, frosted bezel and striking Roman numeral hour markers in the same color make up this unique timepiece. The luxurious silver “pie dial” draws inspiration from the first constellation in 1952, and the strap is made of premium brown leather.

Summary: The watch is equipped with Omega’s innovative Si14 silicon balance spring and revolutionary Omega 8501 coaxial movement, which is clearly visible through the sapphire back. The Omega Constellation Sedna watch is waterproof to 10 atmospheres (100 meters / 330 feet). The constellation is extraordinary because of its unique cultural temperament. Whether it is a male or female constellation, it can allow the wearer to show people with a rational and intelligent temperament .
