Hublot Presents ‘red And Black Hollow Tourbillon’ Ceramic Watch
A tribute to the 2013 Only Watch Monaco Red——HUBLOT is the world’s first bright colored ceramic material, presenting the bright red ceramic watch ‘Red and Black Hollow Tourbillon’ of the same quality as black or white ceramic ‘, Is also an international patent application watch.
This is a watch that fully reflects Hublot’s independent research and innovation capabilities. It is also the first successful anti-scratch 18K gold in the history of Hublot-Magic Gold, and successfully launched a new material bright color ceramics. The first color introduced by this innovative material fusion process is bright red. It pays special tribute to the Monaco Red, the logo color of the fifth Only Watch charity auction to be held in Monaco on September 28, 2013.
The research and development of bright red ceramic materials is a recent focus of Hublot’s R & D department and Hublot’s foundry in Switzerland. It is also the first time in the history of Hublot to discover this ‘magic formula’ that can display bright colored ceramic materials.
The watch bezel specially designed for the World Watch and the world premiere is made of a new bright red ceramic material. The 45 mm diameter watch is presented in Hublot’s most classic and elegant ‘classic fusion’ design, and incorporates black elements to echo the Hublot’s signature color.
The satin-finished and polished black ceramic case is equipped with a fully skeletonized tourbillon movement, combining elegance and modern design. The movement provides a power reserve of up to 5 days, which is independently developed and manufactured by Hublot. In order to echo the bright red ceramics in detail, the designer used red anodized aluminum to draw a small ring along the tourbillon on the sapphire mirror surface to highlight the beauty of the tourbillon. At the same time, the black alligator was sewn with red velvet thread The leather strap and black natural rubber lining make it fit like skin on a classic Hublot watch.
This unique watch perfectly interprets Hublot’s ‘art of fusion’, not only the fusion of tradition and modernity, but also the fusion of watchmaking technology and high-tech innovation in the 21st century. This is a unique gift dedicated to the birthplace and host of the Only Watch charity auction, the Principality of Monaco.
